1000V/1500V DC Solar PV Connector Solar Photovoltaic connector is one of the products crucial for completing the photovoltaic system. Process of Installing Solar PV Connectors

Preparation of DC Input Cables: The type of cable used should be of the same as is required by the connector.
Crush Positive and Negative Metal Terminals: Crimping tools are utilized in their installation by professionals. Now, insert the positive and negative connectors so that the terminals are inserted into the crimped terminals on the respective connectors.
Tighten the Connector Locking Nut Tighten the locking nut around the connector without overtorquing to prevent loosening of the lock after torque to some extent.
Measure Voltage and Insulation Resistance Measurement of the voltage- using multimeter, and insulation resistance- using an insulation resistance tester
Connect to the Inverter The connectors were plugged into the DC input terminals of the inverter.
