Product Profile
This three-position vacuum circuit breaker integrates a vacuum circuit breaker, disconnect switch, earth switch and sensor all in one unit. Its side-mounted design is in line with the miniaturization trend and fits into cabinets with dimensions of 450 × 1000 × 1800. It is suitable for medium voltage grids of 6-12kV. The circuit breaker thus designed has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, a reliable and stable structure, and requires little maintenance.
Currently there are two models: BQVN-12GD/630-25 and BQVN-12GD/1250-31.5.
Traditional high voltage switchgear such as the XGN2 or XGN66 requires separate installation of disconnecting switches, vacuum circuit breakers, earthing switches, sensors and mechanical interlocking devices throughout the plant, which is a complex and time-consuming process. With this new product, equipped with a multi-functional vacuum circuit breaker with integrated disconnecting station, circuit breaker station and earthing station, the installation is simpler, faster and easier.
When in use, it can be operated manually or electrically:
Manual operation:
Use the special energy storage handle to store energy.
CLOSE: Press the closing button (if there is a closing lock or undervoltage device, the secondary circuit power must be turned on first).
Open: Press the open button.
Motorized operation:
When the secondary circuit is energized, the energy storage device will automatically store energy.
CLOSE: Press the close button in the control circuit.
Open: press the disconnect button in the control circuit.
When checking the high voltage vacuum circuit breaker, pay attention to the following points:
When using the vacuum circuit breaker to check the electricity, someone must operate and one person must supervise.
The operator is in the front and the guardian is in the back.
Pay attention to the voltage level of the electrical equipment to ensure safe operation.
Do not expose the circuit breaker to the hot sun, store it in a dry and ventilated place, and avoid contact with corrosive chemicals.
The insulated part is the part from the metal connecting screw on the lower part of the indicator to the end of the protective ring; the gripping part is the part below the protective ring and the length of these parts will vary according to the voltage level.
High voltage vacuum circuit breakers should only be manufactured and used in the normal way to ensure safe operation of the system.
Testing of equipment requiring electrical verification.
When electrically verifying multi-layer lines installed on the same pole, the low voltage should be tested before the high voltage, and the lower layer before the upper layer.
Avoid strong vibration or impact during storage and transportation, do not adjust and disassemble at will, and do not use it in rainy or snowy weather, so as not to affect the insulating performance.
